The study aimed to identify the in-service teachers training obstacles in Riyadh schools from the teachers and manager’s views and know the statistical significance differences between the sample members about teachers training obstacles during the service according to the study variables (career - the type of school).

The current study adopted descriptive analytical method, where the study sample consisted of 80 teachers and directors from government and private schools in the stages of public education in Riyadh city.

Study results showed approval of the study sample on administrative obstacles during training of in-service teachers in the schools of the city of Riyadh and significantly higher arithmetic average was 3.60, And approval of the study sample on administrative obstacles during training of in-service teachers in the schools of the city of Riyadh and it came in the second place where the mean was 3.56.

Also study sample’s approval on technical obstacles during in-service training of teachers in the third position of the fields where the arithmetic average was 3.5.

Results of the study demonstrated that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample on "obstacles to in-service training of female teachers in the schools of the city of Riyadh " due to the variable of job title "school principals or teacher".

And No statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample, "teachers and principals" in the field of administrative and personal obstacles attributed to school type "public or private".
