Abstract EN

We tried through this study to show the concept of public procurements and the most important procedures and rules used by the state, which aims to maintain public money from waste.

We also tried to shed some light on the most important authorities delegated to the public administration to protect it from the misbehavior of its contractors from the beginning of the contract till its end.
