Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the master of the messengers, the Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds, the messenger is a mercy, a preacher and a harbinger of the faithful, to learn from his school - the sciences - knowledge and knowledge, the different methods and methods which make up his fragrant biography as a role model in all things.

It is the mercy of God Almighty that he sent the prophets and messengers to establish the argument on the invitees, and guide them to the path of goodness and guidance and mercy, and came every prophet and a messenger to believe his claim to his people, but our Messenger peace be upon him came to all nations and human beings and " The great and eternal - the Holy Quran - which God pledged to preserve and make it originally belong to him and depend on him in resolving all things and developments of the appropriate events temporal and spatial.

It is said that the Koran came to him as complementary to the Koran because the full but subordinate to him and the servant of his method and way to achieve the interest of the Lord Caliph in the land - the human - and the advancement of all current developments, so talk about some of the sources of dependency sources of legislation is not intended to go out and away from the Koran, Because we can not do everything we know or know to deviate through the right and serious right, which is the Constitution does not change and does not change the Koran.

The talk came about some of the sources of dependence because of the urgent need for it, which presents us with new developments not mentioned in the Koran, but does not depart from the framework of the Koran and does not oppose the controls and conditions, talked about the measurement and interest sent and appreciation and the words of the Sahaba, so talked about each of them by the fundamentalist and educational, Allah is our knowledge and knowledge.
