Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of University College of Science and Technology Professors on development students creativity, and check differences between the mean estimates at students in the light of different variables (gender, academic level, and living area.

To achieve the study goals the researcher used descriptive analytical approach, where the main tool of the study was a questioner thut contains of (30) para graph which distributed at systematic random sample contains of (100) students from University College of Science and Technology.

The researcher found the following results: The study results show that the University College of Science and Technology Professors turn in the development students' creativity, weakly that’s this role was with percentage equal (67.24%).

And this percentage is lower than educationally acceptable rate (80%).

The results shows that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) Between mean scores of respondents estimate the role of University College of Science and Technology Professors on development students creativity due to gender and living area, but there were a statistically significant differences due to academic level in favor of second level.
