Abstract EN

The study aimed at determining the degree of hiring the mathematics teachers in the third grade in the governmental and private schools in the university district for the e-learning.

The sample consisted (185) teachers, (115) of the teachers are from the governmental schools and (65) from the private schools, I have been using descriptive analytical approach the entrance, To achieve the goals we developed a questioner which consist (26) paragraphs to measure the employment degree for the mathematics teachers in the third grade.

This study was applied in the second semester (2015- 2016).

The results indicated that employment degree for the mathematics teachers in the governmental school for e-learning is low and came with a mean (1.76), while the result in the private school is high and an arithmetic mean (3.44).

In addition, results indicated that there weren't any significant differences between the average according to the training courses and the educational experience.

The recommendation hold specialized training courses for teachers on the use of e-learning and its various applications, and disseminate awareness of the concept of e-learning, culture, its importance, and how to take advantage of it, for math teachers in government schools.
