درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أصحاب المراكز القيادية فيها

Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent of application of the electronic management at the Jordanian universities in the governorates of Jordan as perceived by university administrators as well as exploring the effect of the independent variables (gender, scientific qualification, years of experience, training courses, university type).

The descriptive approach used in this study, and the study was conducted in the first semester in the academic year 2011- 2012.

To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher developed a questionnaire after reviewing the related literature and previous studies then calculating reliability and validity.

The sample of the study consisted of (287) individuals from the leading positions in Jordanian universities, The findings of the study were as follows : - The application degree in Jordanian universities as perceived by the sample was in an average level in general.

- There were significant statistical differences attributed to gender for the favor of males, scientific qualification for the favor of BA degree holders, years of experience in favor of 10 years and more experience and to the type of university, for the benefit of the public universities.

Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended the need of providing infrastructure, training and administrative staff as well as funding to apply emanagement successfully.
