أثر السياسات النقدية و المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول العربية خلال الفترة (1995-2016)‎

Abstract EN

This study aimed at measuring the impact of monetary and financial policy on economic growth in the sample of the Arab countries during the period 1995-2016.

The study included 5 Arab countries, which is distinguished by their dependence on the economy of the single source, Through the use of static Panell models to determine the impact of monetary and financial policy variables (monetary supply, exchange rate, government spending, Balance of the country's general budget) on economic growth during the study period.

After estimating the basic models of PANEL data (PRM , FEM & REM), the fixed effects model was selected to analyze the results of the study based on the tests of differentiation adopted in these models.

The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the balance of the general budget and economic growth, The exchange rate of the sample countries had a negative impact on growth rates, while the government spending .the volume of money supply did not have a significant effect on the growth rates in the sample countries.
