Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the factors that led to the emergence of the popular movement in Algeria and the extent of financial and administrative corruption.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed on a sample of 150 individuals composed of a number of Algerian citizens who participated in the popular movement he descriptive and analytical statistics were used to analyze the study data.

The study found that the spread of financial and administrative corruption in all its forms is the main factor in the emergence of the popular movement in Algeria.
