This study aims at diagnosing the reality of the application of stakeholder relationship management, as a mechanism for establishing social responsibility practices in the Skikda port company, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire to collect preliminary data, which included the employees of the company under study, by relying on a random sample estimated at 60 frames distributed to them questionnaires, including 51 questionnaires valid for the study, Finally, the study found that there are high application rates for the concept of managing the relationship with stakeholders, which reflects the company's automatic application of the principles and practices of social responsibility, The study concluded that the relationship should be more active with the workers as the first resource influencing the rest of the internal and external parties of the institution.
