Abstract EN

In the contexte of studying Public Service Quality, this study aims to measure the impact of implementing the E- administration on quality of services provided by tax administration in Algeria.

By using the quantitative study, on sample of tax administrations in the three states (Blida, Medea and Bouira) and by distributing the questionnaire on employee of this administration, this study reveals that implementing E- administration increase quality of services of tax administrations through reducing tax evasion and facilitating the access to the tax payer profile.
