The objective of this study is to identify the role of self-efficacy of the school psychologist in the performance of the counseling process, as the self-efficacy is affected by the behavior, motivation and performance.

Based on a descriptive analytical approach.

The study found that the high sense of self-efficacy of the school psychologist can contribute significantly to raise their motivation for achievement and the performance of activities and the tasks of extension fully, and this result reflects the positive psychological school psychologist in the pursuit of efficiency in the performance of the guidance process that Entnisted to them and the continuing desire for achievement.
