Abstract EN
The current research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a strategy (model - dish - face - whisper) in the collection of biology in the fifth grade scientific students.
By verifying the following zero hypothesis: - There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who study according to the strategy (model - dish - face - whisper) and the average score of students of the control group who study the same material in the usual way.
To investigate the hypothesis of the research, the researcher chose a experimental design with a partial adjustment of two experimental and control groups.
The research community included all the fifth grade students in the preparatory day schools of the Qadisiya Governorate Education Directorate (2015-2016) Of the research community, the Qutaiba Preparatory School for Boys was chosen as a sample for research.
In the same way, two divisions of the fifth grade were chosen from the above mentioned school.
A (36) students represented the experimental group and a group of (38) students represented the control group.
The final number of sample (74) Alba, cava researcher statistically between the two search experimental and control students in the variables that can affect the results of the experiment and these variables: (chronological age, intelligence, previous information, the former collection.
The researcher designed (70) behavioral goals distributed over the levels of the knowledge field for the three domains and within the three specific chapters of the experiment (Chapter 5, Chapter VI, Chapter VII).
The researcher assisted 13 teaching plans for each group.
The final test consisted of (35) test paragraphs of multiple choice type with four alternatives.
The researcher himself taught the two research groups.
The experiment lasted eight weeks from 15-2-2016 until 15/4/2016.
When processing the data statistically, the results showed that the students in the experimental group who studied according to the strategy (model - dish - face - whisper) were superior to the students of the control group who studied in the usual way in the achievement test of biology.
