Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between the quality of work environment and the professional compatibility among university teachers.

In line with the nature of the subject a descriptive approach was used, and also the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the field (it was prepared by the researcher).

where is it included (55items) and applied to a random sample of(64) teachers from the faculty of social and human sciences in El-oued university.

This study concluded that there is a correlation between the quality of work environment and professional compatibility among the teachers.

Where the correlation coefficient value was (0.678) and significant at level of significance (0.01).

From this study; we can say the existance of the relation between the quality of work environment (physical environment; the incentives and the organizational communication) and professional compatibility.

But we can not forget the importance of others factors (psycho-sociological, organizational...) in worker life inside organization.
