The comprehension of The Glorious Quran is based on The Arabic language This resulted in a number of linguistic science such as Morphological and phonetics.

These two sciences and always interrelated to the extent that one may consider them one field, but in fact the former completes the later.

This paper shows the role of the morphological and phonetic structures in improving and enriching the language and dissevers its secrets when interpreting the miraculous sure of al mursalat.

It also shows depending on the cooperation among the relationship between the morphological and functional structures and the functional value of their forms.
