Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon The Prophet Mohammed and upon his household and companions, and thereafter.

This is a research I wrote to outline the attitude of Ibadism from the perpetrator of grave sin.

Although Ibadists are less exaggerative than their predecessors of khirijites, Muhakimah and Azareqah, they are consonant with Khirijites in several principles.

Hence, they agreed with their exaggerative ones, and Mu'tazilists with regard to the perpetrator of grave sin and they contradict the methodology of the adherents of Sunna and they were ruled out that they are disbelievers, i.e.

disbelievers of blessing or hypocrisy and not disbelievers of religion.

They claimed that the sinners will be tortured eternally in the Hell and they denied the intercession for the sinners of monotheists.

Due to the efforts exerted by Ibadists in displaying their dogma, and the attempt of getting it nearer to Sunnis, I preferred to write on this subject due to its importance.

I divided the thesis into a preamble, introduction, and two sections as follows: First chapter: The provision of the perpetrator of grave sin from the point of view of Ibadists in life: Presentation and Criticism, and it has two sections: The first: The opinion of Ibadists in the perpetrator of the grave sin in life, and the second: The opinion of Ibadists in the opinion of the perpetrator of grave sin in life.

Chapter Two: The provision of the perpetrator of grave sin from the point of view of Ibadists: Presentation and Criticism.

This has two sections: the opinion of Ibadists with regard to the perpetrator of grave sin in the hereafter, and criticism of the opinion of Ibadists in the provision of the perpetrator of grave sin in the hereafter.

The conclusion of the thesis speaks about the deficiency of approved source of Ibadists which is the Musnad of Al Rabie Bin Habeeb where it has been proved by verification that it did not have any origin.

As well, the thesis outlined the dogma of the adherents of Sunna and Muslim group, and that the sins do not reduce or contradict faith, and that the perpetrator of grave sin does not disbelieve in the faith.

He is a believer in his faith and lascivious due to his sin, and in the Hereafter, he will be under the will of Allah, may He be Exalted.

If Allah wills, He will forgive or torture him, and no Muslims will be immortalize in the Hell in the Hereafter.

Refuting the inferences of Ibadists and outlining the origin of their error from their monotheism between disbelief and bawdiness in terms of the wording, meaning, and provision, their inferred verses do not have an evidence for their statement.

The Ibadists inferred in the Hadithes they approved that the people of the two abodes will be immortalized, and that the dwellers of Paradise are those who will join it in the beginning and their successors who were forgiven by Allah.

These provisions were frequented, stressing that Allah, may He be Exalted, asserted that monotheists will get out of Hell if they are admitted to it.

The perpetrators of grave sins will not be immortalized in the Hell if they die monotheists even if they did not repent and they are under the will of Allah, and if Allah wills, he will forgive them by his grace: ﴾but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills﴿.
