Abstract EN

The system of contract is very essential part in perfecting the legal system in the different countries and among these countries is America, thus we notice that the contract conception in the American legal system is perfect and developed one which has its own elements, conditions and details and this what should appear in our present research.

Despite its terseness, the reader will make use of this research in different aspects, the first one is understanding the legal translation from Arabic to English and vice versa, beside it will be useful in understanding the peculiarity of the contract conception in American legal system, besides it is useful in comparing the different legal systems with the Islamic law, and what this comparison will produce of many legal interest and this what will appear to the reader in this Legal research through its parts and divisions
