Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify the educational supervisors in the primary stage in North Gaza Governorate in the light of total quality standards from the vocational, performance, productive, administrative and social aspects.
To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers used the analytical descriptive method.
The researchers used the questionnaire to measure the effect of educational supervisors in the primary stage.
The sample of the study consisted of all educational supervisors in North Gaza Governorate which are (36) supervisors by 100% of the total number of supervisors, the questions of the study were treated by using the (SPSS).
The results of the study stated that the level of vocational standard for educational supervisors in the primary stage in North Gaza Governorate got a percentage of (82.666%), the social standard with a percentage of (80,834%), the performance standard with a percentage of (79,814%), the administrative standard with a percentage of (79,778%) and the productive standard with a percentage of (79,074%) according to the total quality standards.
The results also showed that there are no statistically significant gender, years of experience, qualification and specialization variables.
In the light of these results, the study recommended the following: enhancing the vocational, performance, productive, administrative and social performance of the educational supervisors and support them to improve their performance better in order to reflect their experience on teachers and students.
