This study aims to investigate the degree of implementation of public school principals in Ramallah and Al Bireh for the purpose of transformational leadership from the viewpoint of their teachers ,also the study aims to identify the impact of variables (sex, educational qualification, years of experience, and the number of training courses) in the degree of implementation for the public school principals of leadership transformation..

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire which consists on (56) paragraphs which are divided into (5), dimensions which are considered as follow: Career discipline.

The motivation, inspiration, and to employees stabilization, and account profile and the relationship with the local community.

The researcher has selected a random sample which consists on (10%) of the study community (119) male teachers and (200) female teacher.

The study has reached a number of findings, which include: that the degree of the principals of the qualities of transformational leadership in schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh was high on the total score, and it was after the relationship with the local community, so the highest rate reaches on (75,5%) After the career discipline control the low degree reaches the level of(72,8%), the study shows no differences in the practice of characteristic transformational principal of leadership the study followed the variables of (sex, educational qualification, years of experience, the number of training courses) the total score, except the career discipline control accompanied with the educational qualification for the benefit of those who are above the bachelor, after a personal account it was for the benefit of their experience between 5-10 years, and after the relationship with the local community for the benefit of teachers who have received more than (5) training courses, the study recommended the need to prepare principals to be transformational leaders, also the study recommended for practicing further studies on new dimensions not included in this study.
