Abstract EN

Concerning the geographic level the traditional economic theory of integration has accomplished all it’s historical stages .for that an urgent need to an upgrade to above regional level appeared under a sharp pressures on all trends of the world’s economy which led to strong conflict between (U-S-A, UE, Japan) to lead the 21st century world’s economies and to attract as many countries as possible which distincts the international economic relation ,in other word the second half of 1980’s (of the 20 century) saw an evolutionary stage of economic integration in it’s classical form which an economic dream for many developed countries which unlashed a contemporary experience in regional economic integration.
