Abstract EN

The importance of this study lies in the fact that it reveals Badi’ Al-Zaman Said Al-Nawrasi’s concept of justice as expressed in his collection Rasa’il AlNour, bearing in mind that the concept of justice has always dominated the history of human thought.

One of the objectives of this research is studying this concept from the perspective of Rasa’il Al-Nour by Said Al-Nawrasi.

In this research, I used the inductive and analytical method to trace the subject of justice in Rasa’il Al-Nour and analyze it.

At the end of the study, I came to a number of results, including: )1( the fact that Al-Nawrasi connects justice to the manifestations of the names of Allah in every part of this vast universe; and )2( the fact that justice from the perspective of Rasa’il Al-Nour is considered as a divine justice that pervades all humanity without distinction or favoritism, a Qur’anic truth and a divine law that governs the whole universe.

Justice according to Rasa’il Al-Nour is the greatest manifestation of the name of Allah )justice(.

Among the recommendations of this research is calling the concerned authorities and officials at the University of Halabja to organize a special conference on Al-Nawrasi and his collection Rasa’il Al-Nour, with a view to getting him to be known by people of his nation and deriving precious lessons )pearls( from his writings, particularly in the field of social justice and the peaceful coexistence as well as the acceptance of the other.

This is mainly because Al-Nawrasi )May Allah have mercy on him( devoted all his life to establish security and Qur’anic justice which is free of favoritism and bias
