Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to specified the Islamic financial system, which know a large development via Islamic banks and Islamic financial markets, while basing on a different products and principles of participative financing.

In addition, this study aims to diagnosis the Islamic finance in Algeria.

The study also found an important result, when Algeria attempt to adopt Islamic banking by issuing a special system for opening participatory windows and giving it the necessary legal status.

The study also concluded that the Supreme Islamic Council is being adopted as a national Shariah board, in order to control all the Islamic financial operations.

Also, the preparation for the launch of Takaful insurance services and Sukuk.
