This paperaims to analyze the level of application of ISO quality and environment systems in Algeria in the light of global trends ;There has been a widespread presence of these standards a round the world, Along with an Increasing number of ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates granted and the number of accredited organizations, especially in advanced economies.
On the other hand, this study explained the delay in the spread of these specifications in Algeria compared to the beginning of their spread in some countries, due to the weak tendency to wards adopting these specifications in Algerian organisations.
