Abstract EN

The present research highlights one of the important points in Prophet Muhammad’s life: it is the punishment of the tribe of Bani Quraidha.

The latter were sentenced to capital punishment after they had been charged with high treason against the prophetic state in Madina.

The research focused on three important questions: who were subject to that execution? How many people were executed? What are the criteria used to distinguish the people who deserved execution? This research revealed that there was no explicit statement in the famous officer of discrimination, namely, that the child reaches the amount of men with germination, and that this meaning has not reached one of the books of the correct Sunnah or the attribution of a valid individual.

The most likely one is the one who is the fighter, And that the most likely in the number of those who have signed the death penalty is forty men as proved by syphilis with strong attribution, and that the rest of the figures have contradicted and multiplied by what is necessary to search weighting in them.

The research has also revealed that there is no authentic prophetic tradition accounting for the criteria of differentiation between those who deserved execution and those who did not.

This is added to showing that punishment had been inflicted upon people who were involved in the war and who committed high treason against the state.

Finally, the research explained that the number of the people who were involved in such things were no more than forty people as proved by Al-Zahri with strong attribution.
