Abstract EN

The study aims to learn e-governance and its relationship to the development of administrative work, through a case study of a sample of universities of central Algeria ,the study was initiated by the end of 2017 to June 2018 , in order to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed and distribute it to the members of the study sample whose number is (44), by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data, so that the study found that the application of e-governance differs from one University to another, some universities still depend on paper in some areas of administrative work despite the availability of the necessary possibilities to be applied electronically, so the study showed that There were no statistically significant differences for variable electronic management to develop administrative work as the value of (t) is 31.489 and the accompanying probit 0.000 which is smaller than the level indication (0.05).
