Abstract EN

The Study Aimed to Identify the level of the empowerment among Biskra' university employees and its effect on their administrative creativity.

The study demonstrated that: There is a positive correlation (R= 0.721), furthermore; the empowerment variable in this model explains 50% in variance of employees' administrative creativity in this university.

The study concluded by some recommendations as following: working on improving the empowerment through giving workers the necessary power to well per from their tasks for enhance the administrative creativity.
