The objective of this study is to identify the extent to which the components of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, relative capital) affect the dimensions of outstanding university performance (quality, scientific research, community service) In the schools of the university pole in Koléa.

A questionnaire was designed for this purpose and was distributed to a sample of 40 individuals.

To test the hypotheses of the study, statistical analysis tools were used, such as simple regression and multiple regression models.
