Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine the level of organizational culture prevailing in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Medea., and to test it’s impact on the behavior of organizational citizenship.

In order to achieve this goal, we prepared a questionnaire to collect the data from the study sample which reached (52) professors in the college.

The study relied on the descriptive approach and analytical method for analyzing the data and definition of terms.

The results of the study showed that the organizational culture prevailing in the Faculty is within the intermediate level and found a statistically significant effect on the elements of the organizational culture in the behavior of organizational citizenship in the Faculty , Has a very important impact in raising the behavior of organizational citizenship prevailing among the faculty.
