منهجية دراسة المسائل الفقهية في أقسام الأنظمة (القانون)‎ في الجامعات السعودية : دراسة وصفية تحليلية

Abstract EN

Because systems specializations in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States and many Arab countries include jurisprudential courses that must be taken by non-Shari’a students, the issue of choosing the appropriate textbook and the method to be used in teaching jurisprudential topics was raised.

This study comes to deal with this issue and provide the suitable solutions for it.

It will enable students to achieve the best outcomes, understand the issues of Jurisprudence, and benefit from their application in their field of specialization through identification of the best teaching method for these issues.

This study was applied on a group of law specialists and students using the Analytical Descriptive method and depending on an electronic questionnaire that was designed according to Likert Scale and that resulted in a number of findings and recommendations.

Several conclusions were revealed in the questionnaire sections, which led to some recommendations based on the results of the analysis.

The most important recommendation is adopting the comparative approach in teaching jurisprudential issues in addition to using other methods together with their advantages and disadvantages.
