The study aimed to identify the incentives and benefits in conventional and Islamic insurance contracts for the employees of the Palestinian National University.

It also aims at theoretical and field comparison between conventional (commercial) insurance and Islamic insurance (Takaful).

The study used descriptive analytical method.

The questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data.

Sixty employees and employees (about 56%) of the research community were selected in the random stratified sample according to the variable of the insurance entity.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are:The results of the study indicated that the level of satisfaction of the employees of the Palestinian University for the benefits and benefits in conventional and Islamic insurance contracts combined and in all fields of study was high, with an average of (3.04).The results of the study showed that the level of satisfaction of the employees of the Palestinian University of Palestine with the offers offered by the traditional insurance companies was very high, and that the top five offers received the satisfaction of employees are: satisfactory cases are covered to the employee, payments are due to the employee regularly, Under the terms of the contract, the conventional insurance premium is considered to be moderate compared to the agreed coverage amount.

The premium paid is proportional to the coverage.
