The industry of Islamic Sukuk gained the attention of numerous studies in Islamic countries and Western countries, which prompted a lot of these countries to amend its legislation to not preclude the issuance and trading of Islamic Sukuk to reduce the risk of this crisis and avoid its causes in the future.It has been reached to a number of findings, including: - That the Islamic Sukuk is kind of investment instrument that comply with Islamic Sharia phrase, it has been devised for the development of the Islamic financial industry and as an alternative to the traditional investment instruments; - The Islamic Sukuk are among the items that have not been greatly affected by the global financial crisis in 2008 compared to other financial instruments; - The experiences of leading countries In the field of Sukuk issuance and use showed that it is an appropriate means of financing infrastructure projects of the Prophet, and a tool of monetary and financial policy tools.
