Abstract EN

This paper is a comparative jurisprudential study that deals with the principle of Shura in the political jurisprudence of Ibn Ashour by sorting out the statements and opinions scattered in many of his books.

In this research, I drew on the concept of Shura and its legitimacy in Islamic political jurisprudence.

I explored the definition of Shura, its value, importance and status as viewed by Ibn Ashour may Allah have mercy on him.

Shura, as this scholar defines it, is one of the basic pillars upon which the Islamic State is based.

It is necessary for political reform and for the good of society and one of the most important foundations of Islamic and human civilization.

The research also covers the scope of Shura and the qualities of the people of Shura as it compares the views of scholars if available.
