Abstract EN

The study aimed to assess the role of the student’s movement in building up the interest of political issues in the light of the palestinian division from the perspective of the university students.

the study used the descriptive analytical method.

the study sample was chosen randomly which consisted of (486) male and female students from al Azhar and al-Aqsa universities students in the strip of Gaza.

a questionnaire was developed especially for data collection.

the degree of assessing the role of the student's movement in building up the interest of the political issues in the light of the palestinian split from the perspective of the students from al Azhar and al-Aqsa universities students; has been identified.

one of the supreme results of the study was that the level of assessment of the role of the student's movement in building up the interest of political issues in the light of the palestinian division got an arithmetic average of (3.14) with a percentage of (62.96%) with a medium estimation, the study showed that the highest assessment of the role of the student’s movement in al azhar and al-Aqsa universities students in building up the interest of political issues in the light of the palestinian division had got a percentage of (78.00%) in the item which says : (implements campaign of awareness of the importance of national unity), followed by a paragraph which says : (promotes freedom of expression and political opinion), representing a percentage of (74.4%).
