The hospital institutions are characterized bay structural and functional character, which reflects on the relationships within, as well as its relations to society, so the social construction of this institution is representing a pattern of relationships related by medical ethics, nursing and so on, as well as the rigorous scientific professional specialization in an ordinal specific and linked to roles abided by all employees entailing consequences and responsibilities and giving them advantages and powers.
