This study aimed to identify the effective strategies in vocational problems, according of some variables: the country, sex, experience, education level, and age on these difficulties and their solutions.

The study sample consisted of (176) teachers, (83) from Riyadh and (93) from Amman.

For this purpose questionnaire designed consisted of two parts, 1st to get participants information, 2nd (40) solution strategies.

Results of the study show that the most commonly used solution strategies are related to the four dimensions of difficulties which is mentioned in paragraph (1).

There is a statistically significant difference in the paragraph (training children on effective communication programs) and the paragraph (organization of educational environment) in favor of Saudi Arabia.

And the paragraph (documentation of the results of the assessment and training on a regular basis) in favor of males.

There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of the study sample responses towards the solution strategies depending on the age variable in the paragraph: Children training on effective communication programs.

And depending on the level of education variable in paragraph: precise documentation of the evaluation and the results of training on a regular basis, and paragraph: Teamwork in the evaluation and treatment.

And depending on the experience variable in the paragraph: using several ways to communicate with parents, and paragraph: Keeping in touch with the parents.
