This paper present the study of the outsourcing strategy in the Algerian state-owned economic enterprise through an analysis model of its process and its impact on the performance.

We present our research hypotheses from the theoretical corpus retained and the latent variables that make our model.

The results of the PLS statistical approach show some effects in terms of transaction costs, transactional specificity, land specificity and contractual density
