Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to provide a model that measure the effects of investment in human capital on the behavior of the employees of "NADJMA" cellar phone company in Algeria.

It examines the effects of skills resulting from the training on the wages and labor turnover.

The model determines the type, strength and the sensibility of the relationship between the changes of wages and the level of individual performance resulting from training.

The study found several results, but the must important ones are as follows: First, the role of the economical and other factors on the relationship between the changes of wages and the improvements of the level of individual performance resulting from training.

Second, the importance of training and wage policies on extend loyalty to the company.
