Abstract EN

This study makes a comparison between the application of Laws related to Consumer Protection in the Algerian legislation and the legislation of the Sultanate of Oman, aspects and legal provisions governing the application of the Consumer Protection Laws as a special rules that protect a certain class through legal texts that are uncommon to the general rules, in order to show its most important elements and legal problems in this context.

This article includes the study of elements of this subject, related to the domain of the application in terms of persons and in terms of subject, as well as the legal form of the contract between the consumer and the professional.
