Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the degree of Arabic language teachers’ possession of critical listening skills from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors in Jordan and Palestine for the academic year 2012-2013.

the sample included 64 deliberately chosen educational supervisors.

the tool for the study was a questionnaire with five degrees (very high, high, moderate, low, very low).

the results showed that there were no statically significant differences in the educational supervisors’ estimations of the degree of Arabic language teachers’ possession of critical listening skills in terms of gender, country, academic qualification or years of experience.
