Abstract EN

This study seeks to develop a proposal for a new reform of the moroccan educational system through the application of the advanced regionalization project.

this research aims at achieving the following goals : - develop an objective and sound diagnosis of the status of the moroccan educational system.

- monitor the possibilities of application of the advanced regionalization in the education sector in morocco through the extrapolation of the positions of both, educators working at the regional academy for education and training on the one hand and those of the elected representatives of the territorial communities in the tangier-tetouan region on the other hand.

- develop a proposal for a new reform of the education system in morocco through the exploitation of the advanced regionalization project.

in this study, we have used the "form" as a tool to monitor the views of the target sample, and came up with several findings.

in addition, we have developed an integrated plan of practical proposals that aim to enhance the educational system in morocco through the application of the advanced regionalization project in the field of education and seeks to grant the territorial communities the right to participate in the administrative and financial management of the educational institutions as well as contributing to the endorsement of the curriculum and educational programs within a clear contract.
