Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the qualification of administrative supervisors in the field of education in the United States of America and the possibility of benefiting from it in the Sultanate of Oman.

study used descriptive method.

The results of the study revealed an interest by the Ministry of Education in qualifying administrative supervisors in the field of education through the conditions of selection and specific training programs.

It also revealed the lack of time period for the training programs of administrative supervisors, The lack of diversification of training methods, there are no professional standards for administrative supervisors based on these programs, and the lack of a system for licensing the practice of administrative supervision.
