Considering the prominent role that the micro- firms play in the contemporary economies, and knowing their fragility in facing the competition whish become increasingly crucial, especially in Algeria, many mechanisms of support has been adapted in different countries, one of these mechanisms is the business incubators.

The Incubators provide the facilities to create and assist the new firms based on new technologies until “graduation”, when they have the capacity to “survive” in the outside competitive environment.
