External scholarship program is a strategic option represents a serious insight into this country's revival.

As a result of organized and accelerated development, it was necessary to identify its reflection on the stability of the Saudi family.

This research aims to find the relationship between this program and family stability.

The sample included (73) male and female students from different countries (Canada, the United States of America, Britain, Australia, Spain and Egypt).

The problem: What is the impact of the program on the stability of in Saudi families? Results: there was a reverse correlation between the program and the questionnaire of family stability (0.884) at the significance level (0.01) a very high value indicating that the family stability is decreased according to the effect of different variables.

There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) among the average scores in the questionnaire of external scholarship, the questionnaire of family stability according to (gender, marital status, school stage, age).

Recommendations: Ministry of Education, universities and cultural attachés should provide training courses for awareness of the students future about regulations of other countries, the importance of respecting and adhering to them to prevent problems that may threaten their scholarship continuity.
