Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the "achievement motivation of high school principals from the perspective of their colleagues in the light of McClelland's theory." The current research was determined by the assistants of secondary schools in Baghdad governorate for the academic year 2017-2018.

The sample consisted of (200) assistants with (80) Of the males and 120 female assistants were selected from the original community for the assistants of the six directorates of education in Baghdad governorate, numbering (470) assistants and assistants.

The researcher extracted the indicators of honesty and stability of the scaleThe researcher used a set of statistical methods (one T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and alpha-cronbach equation, square Kay).

The Statistical SPSS was used to reach the desired results in the research procedures.

The current research found that school principals Secondary From the point of view of their collaborators enjoy McClelland's achievement motivation, high school principals from the perspective of their assistants pay attention to the need of the power of authority in their motivation in administrative and educational work.
