Abstract EN

The current study aims to make a comparison between Iraqi and Egyptian laws in terms of administrative grievance since there is a difference between them in this regard.

This is due to the difference between the two laws regarding duration, processing administrative grievance to the issuing authority of the decision.

Moreover, the study aims to discover the contrast and difference between the Iraqi law and the Egyptian law concerning grievance and processing a lawsuit to the administrative court of the consultative council (Shura Council) (Iraqi) and the Council of State (Egyptian).

The study also aims to know the duration of filing a case to the competent court after the rejection of administrative grievance by the issuing authority of the decision or the silence on it.

The study reached certain conclusions indicated at the end of the paper.

And it came up with a package of recommendations
