The issue of childhood and the upbringing of children is an important issue that receives wide attention from all thinkers, scholars and researchers in various fields, fields and fields.

It is an issue that raises the interest of society at various levels.

The right of the child to create the appropriate environment for his growth in various areas of psychological, social, emotional.

The stage of kindergartens is a stage of preparation and preparation for the child.

At this stage, the child needs to provide the appropriate environment that reveals the child's abilities and talents and helps to organize systematic thinking.

The aim of the research is to: The aim of this research is to identify the impact of an educational program using hypermedia on the development of the child's skills by identifying: 1 - Identify the most basic skills that must be instilled in the child in kindergarten.

2 - To identify the impact of skills on the mental, intellectual and emotional abilities of the kindergarten child.

3 - Preparation of educational program using a hypermedia-based discovery to develop the skills of the kindergarten child.

4 - Demonstrating the role of Hypermedia programs in the development of kindergarten child skills.

5 - Study the scientific foundations of the design of the educational program to achieve the objectives of training in skills development.

Pursuing rapid technological developments in modern times and the required behavioural and skill modifications and capacity development.

The research reached to: There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students in the control group and the experimental group of the kindergarten child development scale in tribal application.

2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the scale of development of kindergarten child skills for the application of the post.

3 - There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of female students in the control group in the tribal and remote application of the scale of development of kindergarten child skills for the application of the post.

4 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the scale of development of kindergarten child skills for the application of the post.

5 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the control group and the experimental group in the scale of development of the skills of the preschool child in favour of the experimental group.

I recommend searching for: 1 - Use the proposed educational program and prepared in a hypermedia to develop the skills of the kindergarten child.

2 - Pay attention to the development of life skills of the kindergarten child, which helps them to cope with different situations of life and deal with them successfully.

3 - Follow the global trends to take advantage of modern information technologies to keep pace with progress in foreign universities.

4 - Emphasize the role of universities in the service of society to urge them to conduct research and studies on state institutions.
