At the middle of the tyrannical ruling pouring out, and Qajar authority corruption, a number of intellectual Iranian pioneers stood up amid the public discontent and the foreign privileges which extremely threatening the interests of the middle class, and the increasing foreign interventions.

They did that in order to make a radical change in the cultural and political and social Iranian ground.

That took place through calling for constitutionality and what has been included of the democratic, liberal, national, freedom and equality concepts.

Those ideas which the Iranian society was not familiar with, and which showed up affectivity at last in producing the constitutional revolution (1905-1911).
