Abstract EN

In the artifacts made of porcelain material, wood, metal, plaster, stone or others, painting has been always of great significance which led to the importance of writing this research as an attempt to study the problematical nature of painting.

Islamic art based on its high status in the history of the world's general knowledge in general and in the history of Islamic art in particular which was an integral part of the intellectual system Consequently, it is obligatory for researchers to be involved in art and history to go into this problem in order to contribute to the disengagement of intellectual resulting from the abuse.

The understanding or inaccuracy of the interpretation of the Islamic legislative texts on this subject required the emergence of a series of taboos that contributed in one way or another to the influence of the form quality and trends of painting which based on the explosion of specific paths that outlined its method, characteristics and various characteristics.

In this research, we will deal with the various intepretations that completely forbade painting or deprived some parts.

This prohibition came because of some interpretations of the legislative texts that dealt with this matter which ranged from counting painting to a gift and a divine blessing that requires praise and praise or warning against it.
