Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of the Blended Learning on Saudi university graduates in developing their personal traits and professions from the perspective of the students themselves and their administrators.

The study reveals the effectiveness of the Blended Learning in developing personal and functional characteristics according to gender, degree, college and branch.

The study instruments were administrated to the study sample which consisted of (92) graduated students from Saudi Electronic University (ESU) from the original population of (536) students graduated in 2014-2015.

The mangers sample consisted of (15) individuals who responded to the questionnaire.

As a result, both students and managers at work assured a manifest effectiveness of the Blended Learning in developing functional and personality skills to graduated students.

In addition, the results indicated a significant difference between the effectiveness levels of the Blended Learning due to Degree.

However, no significant differences due to gender, college or branch
