Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a computerized counseling program in improving the counseling skills of the counselors in public schools in Zaraqa governorate in Jordan The sample of the study which consisted of (40) male and female counselors from public schools in Zarqa, was divided into two groups; experimental group (20) and control group (20).

The experimental group received training through the computerized counseling program.

The researcher developed tools of the study which consisted of: the counseling skills measurement and the computerized program.

The results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the computerized counseling program in improving the counseling skills of the counselors in Zarqa governorate.
