Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the ornaments used by Mohamed Abdel Wahab in his Mawal "Ill-Li Enkteb Al- Jibeen" through writing it on the musical score.

The study also sought to devise a series of technical exercises to overcome the difficulty of performing these ornaments and making use of them in Arabic singing.

In this study, researchers were able to devise seven lyrical exercises performed using the letters (Alef, waw, and Ya'), explaining the general and specific objectives of these exercises.

The main aim is to develop the abilities of the singer in the performance of ornaments and tonal jumps within the intervals of the Bayati mode on Ashiran.
